  If you can work with these procedures lets move forward and close a rice deal together.

  Our Procedure Is As Follows:

  1.) Buyer submits LOI, and BCL, or LOI, and RWA in Text Format

  2.) Seller will issue FCO, and Irrevocable Payment Order within 24

  3.) The buyer will return the FCO, and IPO signed

  4.) The Seller will then send the Draft Contract

  5.) The Buyer signs and returns the Draft Contract to the Seller, or Sellers Agent.

  6.) The Buyer will then receive the Final Contract, the Buyer signs then sends the Final Contract back to the Seller.

  7.) The Buyer will then receive the first shipment in 30 days.

  Payment Option:

  Please Mark clearly the payment option required:

  A - Transferable, Divisible Fully Funded Revolving Stand-by Letter of

 Credit (FFRSLC). This Irrevocable FFRSLC should be valid for 14 Months and 16

  days (Based on a 12 Month contract). Fully Funded = Total Contract Value.
